| CONSTRUCTION
AND EXTERIOR FINISH
GENERAL:
Hull is aluminum. Deck and superstructure is fiberglass
with PVC core.
GUARDS:
Mirror polished 316 stainless steel half-oval, to be mounted
on raised aluminum extrusion. Sail tracks shall be installed
beneath the guard extrusions with sliding cars and pad eyes,
for fender attachment.
HATCHES: (5x) Weaver Offshore aluminum
framed deck hatches with acrylic glazing over guest accommodations.
HULL BOTTOM: Aluminum hull protected with
barrier coat and black Micron CSC anti-fouling paint.Vessel
Name: Mylar transfer lettering on transom and side boards,
with several colors and font options available.
PAINT: Awlgrip linear polyurethane on the
hull, house and deck except where noted.
WINDOWS: Frameless, glue-in windows bonded
and installed within recessed panels in house sides. All
windows to be 1⁄4” Solar Gray tempered glass,
except the forward pilot house windows to be 3/8”
tempered glass.
STAINLESS HAND RAILS: Mirror polished 316
stainless steel hand rails 2” diameter from bow to
port and starboard combings, on along the aft end of the
Lanai deck. Mirror polished 316 stainless steel hand rails
of 1-1⁄2” diameter shall be located along all
exterior walkways and along house sides.
EXTERIOR DECKS: Swim step, cockpit, and
Lanai decks finished with teak decking. All other exterior
decks are painted with non-skid.
CAP RAIL: A teak cap rail to be installed
around the perimeter of the main deck and cockpit. Cap rail
can either be varnished or oiled, per Owner’s request.
INSULATION:
The interior of the hull is coated in a closed-cell foam,
for acoustical and thermal insulation. The house, decks
and superstructure are cored with closed-cell foam, which
in addition to strength, also serves as acoustical and thermal
insulators. All engine room bulkheads will have a foam with
a vinyl barrier covering. All overhead surfaces will have
a foam with a vinyl barrier covering and will be finished
with a white powder coated, perforated aluminum paneling.
The entire engine room to be finished with perforated aluminum
paneling. The interior FRP decks shall be “floated”
on resilient isolator strips, thus de-coupling it from the
aluminum and FRP house.
PORT LIGHTS: Custom oval-shaped, cast aluminum,
approximately 12” x 24”, with 1⁄2”
glass and deadlights. To be located in the Master Suite,
port Guest Stateroom, Engine Room, and in the Crew/ Utility
Room.
GROUND TACKLE, LINE HANDLING EQUIPMENT
BOW:
A) Bruce 240 main anchor attached to 200’
of 1⁄2” hi-tensile chain
B) Fortress FX125 auxiliary anchor attached
to 300’ of 1-1⁄4” nylon rode
C) Single Muir chain stopper, chrome plated
bronze
D) Muir VRC4500, hydraulic anchor windlass
with footswitches and hand pendant
E) Fresh water wash down built into bow
pulpit, with spray directed to clean chain and anchor
MECHANICAL
MAIN ENGINES: (2x) MTU/ DD 16V-2000 marine
diesel engines, rated at 2,000 BHP each. There are 6 steering
stations; the primary helm station is in the pilot house,
with MDEC electronic display modules and controls, another
steering station is located on the fly bridge, along with
port and starboard wing stations, sundeck station and an
aft cockpit station. All stations have MTU/ DD electronic
controls along with bow and stern thruster controls. Engines
to have ZF marine gears.
GENERATORS: (2x) Northern
Lights 40 Kw single phase, 60 Hz, and hydrostatically mounted
with water-lift mufflers.

ENGINE AIR SUPPLY AND VENTILATION:
Reversible Delta-T exhaust fans, equipped with diverter, safety
guards, and internal demisters, plumbed in acoustically insulated
ductwork. All ducts shall have fire dampers and weather closures,
both in manual and automatic systems.

THRUSTERS
AND STABILIZERS
A) Bow Thruster: Hydraulic 16” American
Bow Thruster with controls at all steering stations.
B) Stern Thruster: Hydraulic 12” American
Bow Thruster with controls at all steering stations.
C) Stabilizers: TRAC’s active system
(American Bow Thruster) 300-series actuators with digital
controls.
FOREDECK
BOAT CRANE: Nautical Structures Euro 2000 self-contained
with mechanical boom extension.
FUEL TANKS: 4,100 gallon capacity
in aluminum integral tanks
FUEL FILTERS: Racor primary
triplex filters on Main Engines and Racor duplex filters on
Generators shall be supplied in addition to secondary filters
supplied with the engines, respectively.
FIRE SUPPRESSION/FIRE SAFETY:
A FM-200 automatic/ manual fire extinguishing system, with
necessary nozzles and sensors in the engine room. Fire/ smoke
detectors shall be installed in all compartments.
RUDDERS: (2x) Hi-performance, spade-foil
shaped cast urethane rudders, with 4” Aquamet hi-tensile,
stainless steel stocks.
RUDDER BEARINGS/SEALS: Tides
dripless packing boxes and Tides upper rudder bearings with
spare seal carrier kits.
PROPELLERS: One set of custom 5-blade wheels.
SHAFTS:
To have 4” Aquamet HS stainless steel shafts.
SHAFT LOG AND PACKING GLANDS: Shaft logs
to be custom heavy-wall aluminum construction with Tides dripless
packing glands and spare seal carriers installed. Shaft log
to be integral with hull.
STRUTS: To be custom aluminum , foil shaped,
low drag “V” design with cutless bearings.
STEERING: Jastram dual-ram, proportional
control, hydraulic steering with manual backup. RAI’s
(Rudder Angle Indicators) to be located at all steering stations.
VIBRATION DAMPENERS: Main engines mounted
on Soundown’s vibration/ isolation mounts, while generators
double-mounted on Northern Lights’ supplied vibration/
isolation mounts. All motors, pumps, and electrical panels
mounted with shock/ isolation mountings.
AIR CONDITIONING: Cruisair’s chilled
water 15-ton, 3 stage chiller with VFD’s, reversible
heating system and air handlers in each accommodation space,
including engine room.
BILGE PUMPS: (6x) remote-mounted 24v electric
bilge pumps with manual/ automatic switches and high water
alarms at each pump, connected to audio/ visual alarms in
the pilot house, owner‘s suite, and crew area. An auxiliary
diesel driven pump dedicated to bilge service only, serving
the 4x rear bilge compartments.
WATER TANKS: Integral aluminum water tank
of approximately 500 gallons, servicing the vessel. An additional
poly “drinking” water tank of approximately 40
gallons, services the vessel through dedicated plumbing to
faucets, sinks, refrigerators, and ice-makers.
FRESH WATER SYSTEM: (2x) Electric 220v AC
Headhunter pumps with pressure tanks supplying both hot and
cold systems from main, integral tank. Hot water is recirculation
system. (1x) Electric 24v DC Sureflow pump with pressure tank
supplying both hot and cold systems from “drinking”
water tank.
HOT WATER HEATER: (2x) Electric 220v AC Torrid
bronze hi-efficiency water heaters and hot water circulator
pump.
FRESHWATER WASH-DOWN: Located in the rear
cockpit, engine room, foredeck near the anchor roller, and
the sundeck.
HEADS: (6x) porcelain Headhunter heads, (1x)
bidet, (1x) Headhunter’s Neoclassic head. Head system
has dual Headhunter Mach-5 pumps with a dedicated flush water
circuit.
BLACKWATER SYSTEM: (2x) Black water tanks;
(1x) forward and (1x) aft, with level indications and Headhunter
pump-out pumps.
