| CONSTRUCTION
AND EXTERIOR FINISH
GENERAL:
Hull is fiberglass mat and roving with vacuum bonded Airex
PVC bottom core. Engine stringers, hull stiffeners, and
bulkheads are laid up with fiberglass and closed-cell foam
construction. House structure is fiberglass and closed-cell
foam construction. Interior deck and bulkheads are fiberglass
sandwich-type construction.
RUBRAIL: Mirror polished 316 stainless
steel plate on lower guard. Mirror polished 316 stainless
channel on upper guard, running full length of vessel.
HATCHES: (2x) Lewmar deck hatches over
guest accommodations.
HULL BOTTOM: Fiberglass hull protected
with Interlux INTERPROTECT 2000E barrier coat and Micron
CSC black bottom paint.
VESSEL NAME: Transom name to be vinyl lettering
with several colors and font options are available. Hailing
port to be black vinyl lettering. Several font options are
available.
PAINT: Sterling polyurethane, "LeClercq
White" on the hull, house and deck except where noted.
Boot stripe to be black and accent stripe to be "LeClercq
Gray".
WINDOWS: Frameless, bonded with Sil-Pruf
(a neutral-cure polyurethane adhesive). All windows to be
1⁄4” Solar Gray tempered glass, except the forward
pilot house windows to be 3/8” tempered glass.
STAINLESS
RAILS AND STAPLES: Mirror polished 316 stainless
steel oval rails 2-1⁄2” x 1-1⁄2”
from bow to port and starboard side steps, respectively.
(5x) mirror polished, removable 316 stainless steel staples
across the swim step, 2-1⁄2” diameter.
EXTERIOR DECKS: Swim step and aft cockpit finished
with teak decking. Port and starboard side decks finished
with teak decking to steps. Fore deck and boat deck are
painted with non-skid.
THRU- HULLS: All thru-hull fittings below
the waterline to be bronze with bronze valves and bonding.
Gray water discharge and deck drains to be painted plastic.
BULWARKS: All bulwarks are fiberglass with
a painted polyurethane finish.
CAPRAIL: All caprails are fiberglass with
a painted polyurethane finish.
INSULATION: The hull is cored with PVC
foam, which also serves as an insulator. The house is cored
with closed-cell foam and other materials, which in addition
to strength, also serve as insulators. All engine room bulkheads
will have a 1-1⁄2” foam with a 2# vinyl barrier.
All overhead surfaces will have 2” foam with a 2#
vinyl barrier. The engine room ceiling will be finished
with a white powder-coated, perforated aluminum paneling.
PORT LIGHTS: Custom Italian 316 stainless
steel oval-shaped. All port lights will be opening except
for the forward VIP Stateroom.

BOW:
A) 50 Kg Bruce-style, galvanized anchor
with polished, 316 stainless steel roller and anchor plate
B) 300’ of 3/8” hi-test galvanized
chain
C) Single Maxwell 3/8” chain stopper
D) Maxwell VWC 3500, 24v DC anchor windlass
with footswitch and remote in pilothouse
E) Freshwater anchor chain wash-down system
STERN:
A) (2x) mirror polished 316 stainless steel
hawse eyes installed on aft corners.
B) (2x) mirror polished 316 stainless steel
cleats installed at stern
GENERAL:
A) Dock lines: One set of black nylon braided mooring
lines (2x) 50' and (2x) 25'.
B) Fenders: One set of black HTM series
fenders with black whips (4x).
C) Mooring Bitts: (5x) 316 stainless steel
mooring bits, (4x) 316 stainless steel cleats and
(10x) stainless steel cleats for fenders.
D) (6x) 316 stainless steel hawsers and
(4x) fiberglass freeing ports.
MECHANICAL
MAIN ENGINES: (2x) Detroit DDC 12V92 electronic
fuel-injected engines rated at 1,110 HP each, with Yacht-chrome
package. One helm station, with Mathers electronic control
system, and a remote control station. Remote station to
have bow and stern thruster controls. Conventional wet exhaust
of stainless steel and FRP, with a 6" bypass and a
12" underwater exhaust. Engines to have ZF marine gears.

| GENERATORS:
(1x) Kohler 20 Kw and (1x) Kohler 12 Kw, 220v AC single phase
60 Hz, soft-mounted with sound shields, water-lift and
water-drop
mufflers and 4-gauge remote panel mounted in the crew lounge.
Both generators have remote start / stop in pilothouse.
AIR COMPRESSOR: 1-1/2 HP, 110v Speedair
air compressor, with a regulated air chuck in the engine
room
and an air horn
on the mast
BOWTHRUSTER / STERNTHRUSTER:
A) BOW: 24v DC Wesmar 12" dual prop in an
integral fiberglass tube with controls in pilothouse and
on remote control.
B) STERN: 24v DC Wesmar 10" dual prop in an integral
fiberglass tube with controls in pilothouse and on remote
control.
FUEL FILL PIPES: 2” fuel fills port
and starboard with vent pipes vented overboard for faster
fueling. Also includes a "burp tank".
FUEL TANKS: 1⁄4” aluminum tanks
with 2” fuel fills and 1-1⁄2” vents.
Four tanks totaling approximately 2,000 gallons.
FUEL FILTERS: Main engines have duplex
Racor filters for each engine. Generators have single
Racor filters.
FUEL GAUGES: Tank tenders located in the
engine room and crew's lounge.
FIRE SUPRESSION: Fireboy halon fire suppression
system with manual / automatic controls. Automatic engine
and
Delta “T” engine room fan shutdowns. Audio and
visual alarms in the pilothouse.
RUDDERS:
(2x) Hi-performance, foil-shaped cast stainless steel rudders,
with Aquamet stainless steel stocks.
RUDDER BEARINGS / SEALS: Tides dripless
packing boxes and Tides upper rudder bearings.
PROPELLERS: One set of 4-blade
custom bronze wheels.
SHAFTS: To have Aquamet stainless steel shafts.
SHAFT LOG AND PACKING GLANDS: Shaft logs
to be one-piece fiberglass construction with Tides dripless
packing gland and flanged bronze stern bearings. Shaft log
to be laminated into hull structure.
STRUTS: To be cast bronze, foil shaped, low
drag “I” design with cutless bearings.
STABILIZER SYSTEM: Wesmar active system,
upgraded to dual cylinders, with hi-performance, foil shaped
fins.
WINDSHIELD WIPERS / WASHERS: (3x) Exalto
stainless steel pantograph wipers with 2-speeds, variable
control and fresh-water wash-downs.
STEERING: Hynautic power steering with manual
backup.
VIBRATION DAMPENERS: Engine to be mounted
on Ace Mountings, Inc. vibration mounts. All motors, pumps
and electrical panels are to be mounted with shock/ isolation
mountings.
BONDING: All thru-hulls, shafts, struts,
rudders, to be bonded together to ship’s common ground
and tied into engine blocks. Shafts to include shaft wipers.
ZINC
ANODES: (2x) Plates will be installed on hull at
transom, and secured on stainless steel studs tied into the
common bonding system. Zincs will be on rudders and shafts
as well.
AIR CONDITIONING: Reverse cycle, 10 ton variable
frequency driven Aqua Air chilled water system with air handlers
in each accommodation space. Duct heaters will be installed
in all fan coils.
BILGE PUMPS: (5x) remote-mounted, 24v electric
bilge pumps with manual / automatic switches and high water
alarms at each pump. Audio and visual alarms in pilothouse
and crew lounge.
WATER TANKS: Aluminum with approximate capacity
of 417 gallons. Tank Tender monitoring system with 2”
fills port and starboard.
FRESHWATER SYSTEM: Electric AC pump with
pressure tank supplying both hot and cold systems. Custom
shore-water supply fitting with pressure regulator.
Custom deck wash fittings.
HOT WATER HEATER: One 30 gallon electric
hot water heater.
FRESHWATER WASH-DOWN: Located on fore deck,
boat deck, and swim step area.
BELOW DECKS GRAYWATER SYSTEMS: Composite
construction with inspection hatch. Diaphragm type pump with
backup for pump-out. Tank tender monitoring system. Approximate
capacity of 150 gallons.
